The visit begins with a thorough interview and medical documentation analysis and imaging tests of the patient (X-ray, ultrasound, computed tomography, MRI magnetic) if the patient has such and the patient’s ailments.
Another element is a physical examination based on the patient’s functional diagnosis, consisting of palpation tests, functional tests, range of motion tests, reflexes, sensory disturbances and assessment of muscle strength. On the basis of which inference is made together with the previous interview clinical and makes a functional diagnosis and plans the procedure therapeutic.
Only then do I conduct a properly selected treatment procedure. After done of the treatment, he performs a short examination again to check the effect of the therapy performed. An important part of the meeting is the final conversation with the patient and a summary of what was performed on a given day and further treatment was planned. The duration of the visit is usually 30-40 minutes.
The visit usually ends with a series of simple recommendations for daily use by the patient, which will help to achieve faster results.
Be prepared to undress to underwear during examination, therapy and body posture assessment. Please take underwear that will ensure comfort during the visit. If it should be awkward for you please take it with your loose sports outfit, unrestricted movement.

Not. In the office, I use only individual forms of manual therapy and osteopathy, based on direct work with the patient.
No, no referral is needed. In the light of the applicable regulations, the physiotherapist with the right to practice the profession is authorized to perform independent functional diagnostics and maybe, among others assess the health of the patient and decide on the progress of the process of rehabilitation.
